Our Avalon Team has been good neighbour in the south west corner of Whitby since 2001. Many of our patients have grown up with us from their first visit through to their first jobs.   • At Avalon Dental Care we provide white-fillings, known as composite resins, which bond to teeth and in many cases can strengthen weakened teeth and restore areas that are worn or discoloured.

  • Our hygienists are registered with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario. We strive to provide convenient hours and return visits with your favourite hygienist. If you prefer to see only the hygienist and no dental exam, we understand just let us know.

  • Bridges are fast and permanent way to replace missing teeth. They are not removable, and have a look and feel similar to natural teeth. They are are often a great option when a replacement tooth is needed quickly.

  • Many people suffer with an old worn out denture. Over time the fit changes and sore spots can develop. Let us check if your denture can be refurbished for a comfortable fit (such as a reline) or if we can design a better fit for your mouth.

  • Seniors have often worked hard their whole lives to build a future for our generation. Many have neglected their teeth or the years have taken their toll. We can offer affordable options if needed and make every effort to make the teeth as youthful and functional as we can.

  • We can assess your wisdom teeth and most times arrange to have extractions if indications to be done in-office with sedation if needed. Some cases will require referral to our local network of Oral Surgeons, let us assess the situation and make our best recommendation.
